Silicone Foam
Silicone foam is ideal for high performance sealing, cushioning, and protection. They are resistant to temperature extremes, UV, ozone, and mechanical fatigue while providing quick compression recovery. Capable of meeting MIL-R-6310 Type II. Silicone foams carry UL94 V-0 flame ratings, UL50 / UL50E compression rating, & UL508, UL1570, UL1571, UL1572, UL157 Oil immersion rating. Meets FDA 21 CFR 177.2600. Meets FAR 25.853, SMP 800-C, NFPA 130. Whether used as a high temperature gasket or a seal in food processing, this foam can be specified for some of the most challenging applications.
Applications include: Outdoor enclosure gaskets, high temperature material separator, Electric vehicle battery sealing, instrumentation vibration damping.
