Say goodbye to locator pins and mechanical fixtures. Custom fabricated pressure sensitive adhesive gaskets with foam backing are easy to apply and keep in place during assembly. These custom foam gaskets will have foam and adhesive engineered for your specific application needs and are precision cut to fit your application’s exact specifications. They allow for quick and precise application that reduces errors, minimizes cleanup, and speeds assembly. Foam gaskets can also be used to dampen noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH), fill gaps between parts, create water tight seals, and are resistant to a wide variety of solvents and environmental factors.

Thermal insulative tapes for nearly any combination of heat, substrate, and strength requirement.
With a wide variety of high temperature rubber, compressed non-asbestos gasketing, fiber papers, needled mats and more, we know thermal insulation materials well, and our PSA lamination capabilities can make working with these materials much easier in production environments. We'll help you select a material with the ideal strength and heat characteristics for your application and its environment, then we'll independently find the best adhesive for your substrates. If shielding is required, we can add a layer of foil or high temperature film to the composite. The result is a thermally insulative or shielding material built from the ground up specifically for your application, and with no need for secondary operations during assembly.
