High Temperature Fabric Tapes
High temperature fiber tapes are woven using certain yarns and coatings to provide properties that allow them to meet challenging gasketing, pipe wrapping, and thermal or electrical insulating applications. Fiberglass fabric tape is conformable, resists most acids, alkalis, and bleaches, and is non-flammable.
Basalt fabric tape is known to be a highly durable material, contains excellent thermal properties, and is environmentally friendly. Vermiculite coated fiberglass fabric tape provides enhanced performance over its base fabric due to the chemically inert, noncombustible, and odorless inorganic vermiculite coating.
Ceramic fiber tape supports the highest operating temperatures and provides excellent chemical stability and thermal shock resistance.
Applications include: Industrial oven seals, stove gasketing, vent exhaust separator, boiler pipe wraps, motorcycle exhaust wraps
